If you are tired of ordinary pork chops, this recipe will be for you👌😋
Juicy pork loin with onion in kebab marinade is a delicious alternative to a traditional Polish dinner 😊
I recommend trying it 🤩🤩🤩

✔️about 1 kg of pork loin (can also be 70-80 dkg)
✔️5-6 large onions
Cut the pork loin into 1 cm slices. Then lightly crush the slices with a pestle.
Cut the onions into slices.

MARINATE:


✔️2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
✔️4 tablespoons of cream 18%
✔️3 tablespoons of spicy ketchup
✔️a spoon of honey
✔️3 cloves of garlic
✔️a teaspoon of garlic powder
✔️a spoon of sarepska mustard
✔️a spoon of hot sauce, e.g. Tabasco, Sriracha (you can remember)
✔️flat teaspoon of salt
✔️a spoon of meat spices
✔️2 tablespoons of gyros spice

How to ?


Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and add crushed garlic cloves. Add the meat to the marinade. Cover each piece so that the marinade thoroughly covers each piece.
Cover with foil and put in the fridge for a few hours, preferably overnight.
Place 3/4 of the onion in an ovenproof dish and then the meat slices. It’s best if they don’t lie on top of each other. Sprinkle the meat with the remaining onion and pour the remaining marinade over it. Cover with aluminum foil.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees with convection.
Place the meat in the preheated oven for 50 minutes. After this time, remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until soft.

Serve with potatoes and salad👌
