I’m a huge fan of pancakes, both sweet and salty versions 🤩😋

Today baked pancakes stuffed with meat and vegetables😋 delicious!

PANCAKES:
✔️2 eggs
✔️ pinch of salt
✔️flat teaspoon of sugar
✔️glass of milk
✔️glass of water
✔️1.5 cups of flour
✔️ spoon of oil

Pour sugar into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, oil and egg. Let’s mix. Add milk and water, then flour. Mix until there are no lumps and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
After this time, the dough should thicken.
If it is too thick, thin it with water (it all depends on the type of flour used), and if it is too thin, add flour. Everything will come out while frying 🙂
Fry the pancakes in a dry frying pan.

STUFFING:
✔️400 g chicken fillet
✔️2 tablespoons of oil
✔️2 tablespoons of chicken seasoning
✔️3 tablespoons of light soy sauce
✔️ 1 clove of garlic
✔️400 g mushrooms
✔️1 zucchini
✔️a few broccoli florets (can be frozen)
✔️100 g of processed Emmental cheese
✔️ salt and pepper

Cut the chicken into small cubes, fry in hot oil with spices and soy sauce.
Then we add pressed garlic, sliced mushrooms, zucchini cut into half-slices, and broccoli florets.
Stew everything until soft. Then add the melted cheese and wait until it melts. Evaporate excess water.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Place the filling on each pancake, roll it into a croquette shape and place it in an ovenproof dish.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

✔️200 ml of tomato trade passe
✔️2 tablespoons of spicy ketchup
✔️ salt
✔️ dried oregano
Mix the ingredients and season with salt.
Pour on top of the pancakes.

✔️100 g of yellow cheese or mozzarella
Sprinkle with grated cheese, cover with a lid or aluminum foil and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
